Baber & Co was formed in 2021 with the intention of providing a focus on service instead of sales.
Property management plays a multi-faceted role in any real estate office, and it takes a certain skill set to deliver efficiency, professionalism and authenticity all while acting lawfully and fairly.
At Baber & Co it comes naturally to us to treat everyone we work with with respect and to do the right thing. We love helping people!
Being landlords ourselves, we understand the value of our clients' assets.
We understand our owners' need for transparency, consistent communication, regular inspection reports and an answer back from us nice and quickly when they need help!
Our goal is to find and retain the best tenants so that our owners can relax, knowing that the rent is being paid consistently and the property is being looked after by us and their tenants.
We also value our tenants and we strive to ensure they're looked after too.
Our aim is for landlords and tenants to feel their dealings with us are the best they have ever experienced in real estate.
