Shush!  Don't talk about Gold Coast Property Management Fees! 

Have you ever noticed that Gold Coast Property Management fees can never be found on an agency website!  Even on this website, you will not find a specific page detailing fees.  Why not?

It is a tactic of course.  Agencies want to give you a reason to contact them.  A reason to email or call so they can collect your data and hopefully win your business once they tell you about their Gold Coast Management Fees!

Well, you know what, we want to be different and we are going to spell it out, right here, right now.  Here are our Gold Coast Management Fees!

We charge UP TO 8.8% including gst on the weekly rent.  However, depending on the rental value of your property, this percentage can be negotiated lower .  Contact us here for a one to one chat and confirmation of what your fee would be.  (See what I did there?!)

We do not charge for lease renewals.  We do not charge extra for routine inspections or maintenance management.  We do not charge extra for end of financial year statements.

If we are leasing your property, creating advertising, conducting viewings, processing applications, drawing up new leases and completing an entry condition report - the standard charge (known as a let fee) for that is equivalent to one week's rent plus 10% gst.

Aside from the management fee and let fee, the only other fees on the management agreement is for insurance or QCAT claim (which very rarely happens) at $110/hour (which we charge back as part of the claim) and a $99 advertisement fee which we cover as a bonus on your first let.  

We don't want to confuse our owners with multiple Gold Coast Property Management Fees - so we have boiled the fees down to the bare minimum to make it fair, simple and easy to navigate.

I used to work for other agencies and I would feel uneasy explaining all the Gold Coast property management fees to potential clients - in my heart I didn't feel they were justified.  When I started my own Gold Coast Property Management company I pledged to keep things fair and simple for our owners.
